<div class="section1"><div class="Normal">While the current buzz is that the zingy Ms. Zinta is doing a role with negative shades in her next film <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Armaan</span>, the lady completely denies it. <br /><br />Well...what’s the big deal after all in breaking away from techni-coloured roles, and venturing in to the dark side of a character.
In fact, watching the Bollywood trend...some of the better performances have been negative and supporting roles. <br /><br />Manoj Bajpai is still better know as Manoj Bhiku Mhatre Bajpai, Madhuri’s character in <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Pukaar</span> (had strong streaks of a negative character) and sex-goddess Urmila’s role in <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Kaun</span> and <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Pyar Tune Kya Kiya</span>...were all awe-inspiring, award winning performances. <br /><br />And of course, if the Big B can pose the bad-guy role in <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Aankhen</span> and <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Kaante</span>....so can all of them. Well, it’s better having a good bad role...than having a bad good role. <br /><br />When Preity was asked about her role in <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Armaan</span>, in complete denial she claimed, "It’s not a negative role. Every character at some point has a negative and positive side. <br /><br /></div> </div>
