Rajpal Yadav turns 55: 'Bhooth Bangla' actor shares how he stays strong amid legal battle, says 'Every day is a new day'

Rajpal Yadav turned a year older today and recently opened up about maintaining emotional strength amid tough situations in life. The actor shared details about his legal battles and personal turmoils during the conversation. He expressed that for him, every day is a new day.In an interview with IANS, Rajpal Yadav was asked if tough circumstances affect his work as an actor or disturb his emotional balance. He said, "Every day is a beginning day. Every day is a working day. Every day is a new day." The actor added that he likes to start fresh every day and focus on his craft instead of letting other issues pull him down. The 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa' actor added a touch of positivity and gratitude, saying, "God bless you all. Live freely."Rajpal Yadav turned 55 today. The actor had been facing turmoil for the last few months. The actor also served a few days in prison in his Rs 9 crore debt case. He is currently on bail, which the Delhi Court granted him to attend his niece's wedding.After attending the wedding, the actor resumed his work. He will next feature in 'Bhooth Bangla', directed by Priyadarshan. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Rajpal Yadav, Mithila Palkar, Jisshu Sengupta, Rajesh Sharma, and the late Asrani. It is scheduled to hit theaters on April 10, 2026.Apart from that, he is also part of Ahmed Khan's 'Welcome to the Jungle', led by Akshay Kumar. The movie is slated for a 2026 release. He will also feature in another Priyadarshan film. Meanwhile, the next hearing in the Rajpal Yadav Rs 9 crore debt case has been scheduled for March 18, 2026.
