Ranveer Singh fasts for Deepika Padukone on Karwa Chauth, says he wants her for the next seven lives

Ranveer Singh has always been vocal about his love for his wife Deepika Padukone and he recently emphasised the same on his TV show.
Spilling the beans on when he first met the love of his life, Ranveer revealed that he first saw Deepika during his struggling days. The actor added that he came face to face with her in an office and instantly fell in love with her. He also remembered that Deepika was wearing a black dress that day.
Elaborating further, Ranveer shared that he kept a fast for his wife on Karwa Chauth because he wants to have Deepika as his life partner for the next seven lives.

Ranveer and Deepika, who got hitched in a lavish destination wedding in Italy, have been painting the town red ever since. The couple never misses a chance to express their love for each other. Their social media PDAs are a sight for sore eyes.
On the work front, Ranveer and Deepika have been a part of movies like, ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram Leela’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ‘Padmaavat’ together. They will be seen sharing the screen space once again in Kabir Khan’s ‘’83’. While Ranveer will be seen essaying the role of Kapil Dev, Deepika will play his on-screen wife Romi Dev in the movie. Deepika is also reportedly co-producing the movie.

Apart from this Ranveer has films like Rohit Shetty’s ‘Cirkus’ and Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ in pipeline. Deepika, on the other hand, has films like Shakun Batra’s next, Nag Ashwin’s untitled film with Prabhas, ‘Pathan’, ‘Fighter’, ‘The Intern’ and others in her kitty.
