Richa Chadha took to Instagram to share the copy of the court order regarding the defamation case against actress Payal Ghosh. In the caption of the post, she expressed that she is grateful to the Hon’ble Bombay High Court for justice. She added, "Yes, it inspires greater faith in the judicial process."
And taking a dig at Payal's recent post, Richa concluded, "And yes, this is what a win looks like.😊💪🏼"

Earlier on Friday, Payal had posted the copy of the order and shared that she tendered a "conditional apology" to Richa, contrary to the reports. She tweeted, "These are our conditions in para 3, accepted by plaintiff & her lawyer, so by putting certain conditions in para 3, it becomes conditional apology 🤭Jai Hind!! India is intelligent enough to understand wording in consent term, amicable settlement mean no win no lose, only win & win."

The 'Fukret' actress had filed a defamation suit against actor Payal Ghosh over “defamatory statements’’ made against her in an interview to a news channel.
