Luxury cars, four floors deep
Reflecting his fascination with powerful machines, the lower four levels of Shetty’s Juhu tower are reserved exclusively for his cars. His collection features a Lamborghini Urus worth around Rs 3.15 crore, a Mercedes-AMG G 63 priced at approximately Rs 2.55 crore, a Maserati GranTurismo Sport and a customised Mustang GT, turning the space into a private auto gallery.
The remaining floors of the building are leased out, making the property a long-term investment. With Juhu real estate prices hovering between Rs 45,000 and Rs 80,000 per square foot, the tower itself is valued at several crores.
