Saadey CM Saab set to entertain the audience

The trailer of the upcoming Punjabi film 'Saadey CM Saab' was recently unveiled in an innovative way. Two prominent personalities of the regional entertainment industry ' Harbhajan Mann and Gurdas Maan ' came together 'live' on a social networking site for the event. The former interacted with his fans and also exchanged notes with the latter about the movie. "In Punjabi cinema, both Harbhajan Mann and Gurdas Maan bear a stature similar to that of the Khans in Bollywood. Harbhajan, Gurpreet Ghuggi and model-turned-actress Kashish Singh play the lead roles, along with Rahul Singh who is making his debut in Punjabi cinema. Dev Singh Gill of SS Rajamouli's 'Magadheera' and Rajnikanth-starrer 'Lingaa' fame will be seen in a negative role. Gurpreet, who essays an important character in the film, said, "You will see me in a new avatar where I will be doing action and comedy." The trailer, which runs for two minutes and 55 seconds, boasts of top-of-the-line post production values. Its slick editing and good choice of shots have garnered an encouraging response from moviegoers. Director Vipin Parashar is impressed with Harbhajan. "It will showcase his acting prowess, in a way it is never seen before," he said. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, too, was impressed and gave a positive feedback. "Bhatt saab told our director, that he was surprised that Punjabi cinema is growing. The trailer made him feel that the movie has all the ingredients to become a blockbuster," said Harbhajan. He added, "I am confident that the film will do well at the box office. It will not only entertain viewers but also instill a feeling of patriotism in them when they leave the theatres."'Saadey CM Saab' will release worldwide simultaneously in Punjabi and Hindi on May 27.
