Saina Nehwal biopic: Manav Kaul shares his first look as the ace shuttler’s onscreen coach in the Parineeti Chopra starrer

After being in the news for a long time now, the upcoming biopic on ace badminton player Saina Nehwal has finally caught pace. While Parineeti Chopra will be stepping into the shoes of Saina in the film, actor Manav Kaul will be seen playing ace shuttler’s onscreen coach in the movie.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Manav shared his first look as Saina’s onscreen coach from the film with his fans. Alongside the pictures, he wrote, ''My first look as Saina Nehwal's Coach #SainaNehwalBiopic ...hard working @parineetichopra as Saina Nehwal... Manav recently opened up about his preparations for the role of the coach in the film. Speaking about the same, he reporetdly said that he has been training hard for months for his role. His stamina was low, he would fall down after just 10 minutes of playing, feeling like his heart would jump out of his body. He also added that Eshan was very patient and he learned a lot from him.
According to reports, Manav’s character is not based on a specific coach but is an amalgamation of Saina Nehwal's multiple coaches.
Meanwhile, Parineeti suffered a neck injury during her extensive training session for the biopic.
