Saroj Khan passes away: Sunny Leone reveals she learnt the basics of Indian folk dancing from the ace choreographer

Sunny Leone recently took to her Twitter handle to remember ace choreographer Saroj Khan. She passed away today due to cardiac arrest. Her daughter Sukaina told PTI, “We buried her at around 7 am. The prayer meeting will be held after three days''. B-town celebs have taken to their social media to talk about their fondest memories with Khan. Recently, Sunny shared a candid picture with the late choreographer.

Along with the picture, she shared her experience. She tweeted, ''My very brief encounter with a beautiful patient guru who was trying to teach some basics of Indian folk dancing. Even though our encounter was short I always go back to these videos to learn from her over and over. God Bless your soul and may you rest in peace.''

For those who don't know Saroj was also a part of international production. The film featured Hollywood stars like Stephen Lang and Bollywood legends like Om Puri. Titled 'The Gandhi Murder,' it released in 2019 on Mahatma Gandhi's death anniversary.

Her last on-screen Bollywood choreography was with Madhuri Dixit for 'Kalank'. The actress and the choreographer earned praises from all the quarters for the amazing performance.
