Shanaya Kapoor turns 23: Mother Maheep Kapoor calls her "Best 23 yrs of my life " in heartwarming pics

It might sound like one of the biggest clichés every said, but it is true that kids do grow up quickly! Shanaya Kapoor, the daughter of Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor turns 23 today (November 2). On the occasion, the birthday girl was flooded with birthday messages from both friends and family.

Kicking the virtual wishes was mother Maheep Kapoor who posted a montage of childhood pics with Shanaya on her IG that saw her in various moods, right from naughty giggles to crying her lungs out! She captioned the post as "Best 23 yrs of my life", along with a heart and evil eye emoji.

Shanaya's father Sanjay Kapoor on the other hand, posted an album of family pics and captioned it as “Happy Birthday Shanaya. Love You."

Childhood friend Ananya Panday, who celebrated her birthday two days earlier, took to her IG stories and posted, "From cradle to grave–Shan and Anne Anne and Shan. I love you, my sister. Happy Birthday. I hope all your wishes come true.” Navya Naveli who too is great friends with Shanaya posted, “Happy Birthday grumpy!!!”

Shanaya Kapoor will soon make her Bollywood debut with Dharma production's Bedhadak. Interestingly, she shares her birthday with super star Shah Rukh Khan today.
