Shatrughan Sinha recently spoke about how a scar on his face left him embarrassed. The veteran revealed how a childhood incident left the scar and he contemplated plastic surgery to remove the same.
Speaking to Arbaaz Khan on his talk show, Shatrughan Sinha revealed he was left with a cut on his face when he tried to imitate his uncle who was shaving his beard. He further stated that after earning fame and getting into films he considered getting the scar fixed.
Shatrughan Sinha also stated that the scar gave him a complex feeling, even while speaking about it to a plastic surgeon. Revealing how
Dev Anand stopped him from getting it surgically fixed, the veteran actor said, “Dev Saab ne kaha bilkul nahi karna, bhool ke bhi mat karna. Dekho mere daant ke bich me bhi gaddha hai, aaj style ban chuka hai.”
Shatrughan Sinha marked his entry in films with ‘Sajan’ in 1969 and featured in films like '
Shaan', 'Kalicharan', 'Dost' and 'Raaste Kaa Patthar' to name a few. His last big screen appearance was in 2018 release ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se’. The actor is currently a member of Parliament.
