With his Bollywood debut, '22 Days', hitting theatres on September 14, Bengali actor-director Shiivam Tiwari is excited. He says, “This movie is very special to me; it is the most ambitious film of my career. The script of '22 Days' is what caught my attention. We are trying something new with this film, and I would like to thank my producer Adhir S Gunness, who has supported us a lot.
He facilitated everything that was required for the shoot in Mauritius, including access to the Finance Minister’s office and getting us permission to shoot at exotic locations. In fact, ours is the only film that has been shot at the Race Course of Mauritius. The team was good and I am sure that the film will strike a chord with the audience.”
Apart from Shiivam, the movie also stars
Rahul Dev, Kritika Mishra,
Sophiya Singh,
Hemant Pandey, Raj Kumar Kanojia and Kirti Singh. Adhir, a Mauritius-based businessman, is the first Mauritian producer to back a Bollywood movie under his banner, Quatre Bornes Films Production.
