Actress and model Sunny Leone became the talk of the town with her hot avatar in Bigg Boss and moved to Bollywood only to set the screen on fire. Sunny has by now played several roles in independent mainstream films and television shows. She made her first mainstream appearance in 2005 when she worked as a red carpet reporter for the MTV Video Music Awards on MTV India.As of now, she is hosts the Indian reality show Splitsvilla.

Sunny Leone debut in Bollywood in 2012 with filmmaker Pooja Bhatt's erotic thriller Jism 2 (2012) and shifted her focus to mainstream acting which was followed up with Jackpot (2013), Ragini MMS 2 (2014) and Ek Paheli Leela (2015).
In addition to acting, she is also a social activist involved in campaign,s including the Rock 'n' Roll Los Angeles Half-Marathon, which raises money for the American Cancer Society and has also posed for a People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) ad campaign with a rescued dog, encouraging pet owners to have their tamed pets spayed and neutered.

As of November 2017, Leone is awaiting the release of Rajeev Walia directorial romantic-drama Hindi movie Tera Intezaar opposite Arbaaz Khan and is scheduled to release on November 24, 2017. She has also agreed to be casted opposite Manish Paul in the Hindi remake of the hit Punjabi film Jatt & Juliet.
Since 2011, Leone has been married to musician Daniel Weber who is also her business partner.
In July 2017 Leone and Weber adopted their first baby from Latur, a village in Maharashtra. The baby girl named Nisha was 21 months old at the time of adoption. Actress Sherlyn Chopra was the first person to confirm the news by writing a congratulatory message on social media on July 20, 2017.
