Tamannaah Bhatia's temple visit gains attention

The viral clip shared by Instant Bollywood captures Tamannaah during a spiritual visit to a temple. The actress is seen offering prayers with folded hands and appears deeply immersed in the moment. Tamannaah was also seen dressed in an elegant saree during the visit. Reports suggest that the actress had visited Mumbai's famous Babulnath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Tamannaah Bhatia has spoken about spirituality earlier

Tamannaah has never hidden her interest in spirituality. In previous interviews, the actress explained that she connects more with spirituality than with traditional religious definitions. The actress has credited her experiences at the Isha Yoga Centre for bringing important changes to her life. According to Tamannaah, the practices and teachings there helped her discover a stronger sense of joy and purpose.
Earlier, while speaking on The Permit Room channel, Tamannaah discussed meditation and the impact it had on her personal journey.“For me, what really worked was the programs I took up at the Isha Yoga Centre. They have changed my life with all the meditation techniques, sadhana, etc… In fact, I am the most happiest and joyful I’ve ever been in my life, and that is my achievement,” said Tamannaah, who pointed out that spirituality allows her to be happy and joyful without an external support. “It isn’t like I am happy only if certain things happen… now, I am happy even if those things are not happening. The actress also explained how understanding herself helped her move forward with more clarity and ambition. She said spirituality changed the way she approached life.“I am hungry for life and living. Of course, it doesn’t mean that I don’t have a bad day or a meltdown, but the recovery period has become very swift. I recommend these courses to people,” said the Aranmanai 4 actor, who candidly admitted that her friends don’t always take her meditation recommendations because they believe it is not their cup of tea. “I agree, it needs work, but I am no authority to answer any questions about it per se because meditation is a highly individualistic thing. It is your experiences that would help you navigate these courses.”On the professional front, Tamannaah was most recently seen in the Telugu thriller Odela 2.
