Taslima Nasrin questions Sushmita Sen's relationship with Lalit Modi; says, 'She is spending time with a very unattractive person involved in various crimes'

Sushmita Sen and Lalit Modi have been the hottest topic of discussion in the tinsel town ever since the latter made their relationship official with holiday pictures from the Maldives. Amidst the various reactions pouring in, author-activist Taslima Nasrin too has shared her thoughts on their relationship.
Recalling her meeting with Sushmita, Taslima wrote on Facebook, "I met Sushmita Sen once at the Kolkata airport.She hugged me and said I love you. There is no one taller than me in the area, so standing next to her I suddenly felt short. I could not take my eyes off fascinated by her beauty."
Expressing her admiration for the actress, she further wrote, "I liked Sushmita Sen's personality the most. Adopted two daughters at a young age. Liked her honesty, bravery, awareness, self-reliance, determination, uprightness."
She then spoke about her relationship with Lalit Modi, "But Sushmita is now spending time with a very unattractive person involved in various crimes. Because the man is very rich? So was she sold to money? Maybe she is in love with the man. But does not want to believe that she is in love. Those who fall in love with money, I lose respect very quickly."

Earlier, Taslima had also wrote in a tweet that Sushmita need not marry. "Sushmita Sen is such a self-dependent, self-reliant, self-confident, strong woman! Why should she marry a man? There is absolutely no need for it." she wrote.

Meanwhile, responding to the chatter around her relationship with Lalit Modi, Sushmita took to social media on Friday and posted a selfie with her daughters. Without mentioning any name, she wrote, "I am in a happy place!!! NOT MARRIED…NO RINGS…Unconditionally surrounded by love!! Enough clarification given…now back to life & work!! Thank you for sharing in my happiness always…and for those who don’t…it’s #NOYB Anyway!!! I love you guys!!! #duggadugga #yourstruly"
Lalit Modi too gave it back to to trolls in an Instagram post. Sharing a bunch of throwback pictures on Instagram, he wrote, "Why is the media so obsessed abt trolling me apparently 4 wrongly tagging. Can someone explain - I only did 2 pics on insta- & Tag is correct.I GUESS We R still living in the Middle Ages that 2 people can’t be friends & then if chemistry is right & timing is good- Magic can happen.
