Veteran actress Vidya Sinha passes away

Veteran actress Vidya Sinha passed away at a hospital in Mumbai. Last week, reports were doing the rounds on the Internet that the star is in a critical state and she was rushed to a hospital in Juhu.
The 71-year-old actress had developed lung and cardiac disorders and she was put on a ventilator. She was suffering from lung disorder that had originated a few years ago and got aggravated since the past three months.
For the uninitiated, the actress is known for her performances in evergreen films like 'Rajnigandha' and 'Chhoti Si Baat' with Amol Palekar.She was also seen in the 2011 Salman Khan film, 'Bodyguard'. She was seen on the small screen and was a part of popular TV shows.
