Veteran actor
Dharmendra’s recent Instagram post raised quite a few eyebrows as he dropped a hilarious workout video.
In the video, you can see the 86-year-old actor cycling while grinding flour. Dharmendra, in a white tracksuit, seats on his exercise bike with a grinder mounted on it. He then shares the idea behind his innovative workout.
The Bollywood icon revealed that he decided to try the desi version of 'chakki peesna' (grinding flour) as an alternative to his regular exercise.
He also recreates that famous 'chakki peeecing' dialogue from his superhit film 'Sholay' in the video.
"Pees raha hoon. Exercise ke baahane hai, karte rehna chahiye," he says in the video. "Cycling 🚴 cycling 🚴 cycling 🚴 and …..chakki peeecing …. and peecing …..and peecing ….Haha," Dharmendra captioned the video.
Within moments the video went viral as fans showered love on the comment section. Even his daughter Esha Deol dropped a hug emoji. Dharmendra responded, "@imeshadeol So happy to know you liked it. Love you."
For the unversed, in 'Sholay', Dharmendra's iconic character Veeru delivers the famous dialogue to
Hema Malini's aunt. Scaring everyone he tries to convince that he will jump from the top of a water tank, he said, "When I dead, police coming ... police coming, budhiya going jail ... in jail budhiya chakki peesing, and peesing, and peesing, and peesing, and peesing."
Meanwhile, on the work front, up next for Dharmendra is
Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani' co-starring
Jaya Bachchan,
Shabana Azmi, Alia Bhatt and
Ranveer Singh. He will also be sharing the screen with his sons Sunny and
Bobby Deol in 'Apne 2', sequel to the 2007 film.
