Watch: Kareena Kapoor Khan signals off ‘Veere Di Wedding’ shoot

After a year-long wait, Kareena Kapoor Khan has finally got the ‘Veere Di Wedding’ show on the road. Filming of the chick-flick has finally commenced in Delhi, with Bebo signaling off the shoot. The actress, took to the film’s official social media handle to share a video of herself getting her makeup on point in her trailer.
Producer Rhea Kapoor also joined in behind-the-scene video and brought her share of laughs and excitement.While we did get a first look at Kareena’s character, the big question of everyone’s mind would probably be if baby Taimur Ali Khan accompanied his mother to the sets. Well, sadly it seems that “The producer has banned him.” Don’t believe us, watch the video below and hear it from Bebo herself.

Going by the film’s official social media handle, everyone from Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania will give fans an all access pass to the shenanigans going on behind the scenes.


'Veere Di Wedding' is a fun ride that explores the spirit of the modern Indian woman. The first schedule will be shot here and will extend for over a month.
Talking about shooting in the capital, co-producer Ekta Kapoor added, "Delhi forms an essential part of the narrative of the film and as a city, it adds to the vibe of Veere in a big way! Bebo, Sonam, Swara, and Shikha are going to take Delhi by storm and all of that will translate beautifully onto the screen".
Directed by Shashanka Ghosh and written by Mehul Suri and Nidhi Mehra, 'Veere Di Wedding' will have a 2018 release.
