Watch: Priyanka Chopra reveals why she picked 'The Sky Is Pink'

Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra will be seen next in Shonali Bose's 'The Sky is Pink'. The film is wrapped and the team including Priyanka, Zaira Wasim and makers Siddharth Roy Kapur, Shonali Bose celebrated sans Farhan Akhtar. After the bash, PeeCee was quizzed why she chose 'The Sky is Pink' to return to Bollywood films post her last film 'Jai Gangaajal'.

The actress revealed that out of all the options that she had a particular, she decided to pick 'The Sky is Pink' She further mentioned how her judgment was questioned and people asked her why not a ''this tent-pole, potboiler with song and dance.''
The actress further added and said that she didn’t mind playing a mother to an 18-year-old and a 25-year-old in the film.She talked about her role in '7 Khoon Maaf' where she played a 62-year-old. She later revealed the real reason why she chose 'The Sky is Pink' because it was Shonali Bose who convinced her.
