When Sangeeta Bijlani revealed how she maintained a good bond with her ex boyfriend Salman Khan even after she caught him cheating

Sangeeta Bijlani and Salman Khan are in the news yet again, as the actress had recently appeared on 'Indian Idol' and spoke about Salman. She was asked if its true that her wedding card with Salman was out and she responded, "It's not a lie." Meanwhile, the actress had also imitated Khan and cryptically said without taking his name that her ex boyfriend was conservative.
She added that her ex had restricted her from wearing a certain kind of clothes and she was also a bit shy at that point of time. However, now, she is herself and wears whatever she feels like. Meanwhile, another ex of Khan, Somy Ali had revealed once Sangeeta had caught Salman red handed with her at her apartment. Thus, their wedding was called off.
It's been so many years since Sangeeta and Salman broke up but they share a beautiful bond today. They continue to remain friends and have been there for each other. A while ago, in an interview, Sangeeta had said how she has managed to keep that bonding with him. She had said during a chat with Times Of India, "Connections don't break. Connections never go away. The love between your partners, school friends never go away. People will come and go. Nobody will be permanent in life. That does not mean you will feel bitter or angry. At one point you evolve. There was a point in time of my life where I was childish and stupid, but I am a grown-up now. Life is full of experiences."
Salman and Sangeeta's wedding date was fixed on May 27, 1994. After they parted ways, Sangeeta got married to cricketer Azharuddin in 1996 and they parted ways in 2010. According to reports, it was due to Azhar's link-up rumours with Jwala Gutta. However, while Azhar had confirmed his divorce, he denied that it had anything to do with Jwala.
