Synopsis
Money Devo Bhava highlights the materialistic world of today and focuses on how money is treated as the supreme power. The film is being shot at an actual college in Jaipur to make it even more real and identifiable.
Money Devo Bhava is a young, contemporary, topical, edgy campus film that revolves around the theme of how important money and brands have become to the youth, how so much of their dreams and aspirations are focused around the brands they wear and own. It is a film about the youth and populated by fresh, young faces culled from the youth.
India Shining 2011, it’s the time of 2G, CWG. In this era of quick money the youth have just one motto - I WANT IT ALL! AND I WANT IT NOW!!! And in one college in North India, four kids have a plan to get it all...
Aditya has got it all, the looks, the talent, the intelligence. He has the most awesome best friend anyone could ask for – Shiuli, a girl with an unerring moral compass and now he's falling for the most fantastic girl on campus too – Avanti. What he does not have is Vitamin M – Moolah, which is why he loses out to the campus rich kids. Aditya wishes he could be as cool as them.
Raghav is a veritable Machiavelli who hates the rich. But he doesn't have money either. Raghav has a plan. And Aditya is willing to be a tool...But in life everything comes at a cost. As Aditya is about to find out...
