Musical rendezvous

Revelers in the city were in for a musical treat at the the recent performance of Alobo Naga and the Band.
The members — Alobo Naga, Theja Khate, Akum Jams, Fung Walling and DJ Sumika Yepthomi — crooned out renditions of Kings of Leon’s “Use somebody”, Maroon 5’s “This Love” and a few other tracks by Incubus.
Apart from covers, they also performed their original compositions like “Painted Dreams”, “The End” and “Looking for Love”.The show was a unique one as the band had a DJ mixing their tunes live. Guests present seemed to be having a fun night out and were spotted swaying to the music.
