Asha Bhosle is thrilled!

Singing diva Asha Bhosle, who has done playback singing for more than 1000 Bollywood films, is a very happy person these days!
The reason is that this time, when she makes her acting debut in her forthcoming film Maaee, her elder sister Lata Mangeshkar will be blessing her through her music. “I’m really happy and so thrilled that Lata didi has agreed to sing the title track of my film.It means so much to me! The song, which has been composed by Nitin Shankar, will be recorded as per didi’s convenience,” says Asha tai.
The versatile singer and recipient of Dadasaheb Phalke Award, who has given numerous golden his in the past six decades, sounds like a little girl when she speaks about her maiden acting effort. “I’m really looking forward to this new tryst with silver-screen,” she says.
Most of the shooting for the film is already over. Directed by Mahesh Kodiyal and produced by Mahesh Dawar and Nitin Shankar, this film has already generated lots of interest amongst the moviegoers and music lovers all over the country.
