Dharmendra encouraged Esha Deol to take up reality show

Esha Deol, whose small screen debut with the youth reality show Roadies has already created a lot of buzz in showbiz, wasn’t initially too sure about taking it up when she was first approached for the same.

Talking about her dilemma, Esha said, “When they (the makers) first approached me to be a part of Roadies X2, I was very excited, but I wanted to speak to my father and take his permission.He reminded me that the Deols don’t back out from a challenge. And Roadies is a tough act. He reminded me how I loved playing football in school and totally rocked at the sport.” Interestingly, Esha was thoroughly enjoying the audition rounds in various cities and a source from the sets tells us that she spent even the smallest breaks (in between shoots and auditions) talking to dear hubby Bharat Takhtani.
Seems like even after three years of blissful marriage, their love is growing deeper! Now the million rupee question is can Esha rock in her new role play as the tough task master on the show?
