Spice Girls singer Melanie Brown has revealed that the band will reunite this summer in a recent TV interview.
However, she clarified that the reunion will not be for the 2012 Olympics opening ceremony. “I think the Queen’s Jubilee concert is the event I’d be looking at for that to happen,” said the 36-year-old. And then realising she revealed too much, the singer quickly changed the subject.

She reportedly told TV crew-members, “I am going to be in such strife for saying that. It’s all so totally bloody top-secret still.” She and her bandmates — Victoria Beckham, 37, Geri Halliwell, 39, Emma Bunton, 36, and Melanie Chisholm, 38 — last performed together during a reunion tour that kicked off in 2007.
