A book on Vishnuvardhan to release soon

On Dr Vishnuvardhana's third death anniversary, a new book on the making of his first hit Nagarahaavu will be released in Bangalore. The book has been penned by journalist Janardhana Rao Salunke, who has already written a book on the late superstar. This book will be released on December 29th, amidst a lot of fanfare. Salunke has done a lot researach on Nagarahaavu, which also includes tidbits and trivia on the making of the film among other information.Coincidentally, this book will also mark the completion of 40 years of the film's release. The film, which was directed by Puttanna Kanagal and was produced by N Veerasamy of Eswari Pictures, catapulted Dr Vishnuvardhana into fame overnight. The actor has since then given innumerable hits.
