Actor Rakshit Shetty was snapped coming out of a city court today, after being granted bail in connection with a Copyright Act case for Kirik Party song. The actor who made a visit to a city court, obtained bail by giving Rs 10,000 as his surety. This comes in after a city court issued a non-bailable warrant against Rakshit Shetty and also music director Ajaneesh Loknath, in connection with Kirik Party.

And, on Monday, the actor was seen following due process and getting a bail. According to news reports, the company had filed a case against Paramvah Studios Pvt Ltd, Rakshit and Ajaneesh. While heading out of the court, the actor addressed media queries and questions regarding the same. He added that he would be he said he will appear before court for hearings in future. He also added that according to music The Copyright Act they have copied the rythm which is allowed and they have not copied notes or lyrics. He was also seen clarifying on other court-related issues.
