Adhvithi Shetty roped in for Sugar Factory

. The filmmaker took to his social media to make the announcement and wrote, "Officially announcing @adhvithi_shetty_official one of the lead actress in our movie @sugarfactory_movie. Welcome on board advithi shetty (sic),"



Meanwhile, Sonal Monteiro is the other female lead in the film, which also stars Darling Krishna. The romantic comedy, according to reports, will begin shooting from January next year. Derails about Adhvithi's role are still unclear. The film's title was released during Dasara. According to an entertainment daily, actor and director Krishna who is also a part of the team, had earlier revealed that the unique script is filled with humour and also a storyline which has never read until now.

Meanwhile, Adhvithi will also be seen in Karthik Jayaram-starrer Iravan. Iravan, which is touted as a suspense thriller, sees JK sharing screen space with Adhvithi Shetty for the first time on the silver screen. The film team is planning to complete the shoot in one schedule, by shooting in Bengaluru and Mangaluru. The project will also see Avinash, Vivek and Krishna Hebbar in prominent roles. She is also shooting for a yet-to-be-titled film starring Dharma Keerthiraj, which is being directed by Ramesh.
