Bhajarangi nears Rs 10 crore mark

Shivarajkumar’s Bhajarangi was arguably one of the most awaited movies of the year and the film has proved this with its run at the box office. Over the last few years, none of Shivanna’s films have tasted success the way Bhajarangi has. Not only did it have a dream opening, but the movie has managed to sustain the run for over two weeks now.
According to sources, Bhajarangi is estimated to collect nearly Rs 10 crore in the first three weeks alone, since as of December 24, the film had grossed Rs 7 crore.And the good news doesn’t end here. It was reported that the television rights for the film were sold for a whopping Rs 3.5 crore, which is the highest-ever amount shelled out for a Shivarajkumar movie. The Hatrick Hero has sure proved his mettle with his latest outing.
