Exclusive: Vikrant Rona's trailer gives a peek into the suspense thriller: Anup Bhandari

The trailer of Vikrant Rona – a film that stars Kichcha Sudeepa in the lead, and directed by Anup Bhandari - was launched on Wednesday. The film, produced by Shalini and Jack Manjunath of Shalini Artss, co-produced by Alankar Pandian from Invenio Origin, and presented by Kichcha Creations and Zee Studio Association, releases on July 28.
Anup explains, "This trailer is a brief introduction into who Vikrant Rona could be.So far, it may have come across as a fantasy and adventure film. I would classify it as a suspense thriller. As a child, my vacations in Mangaluru were spent listening to childhood stories told to me by my mother, aunts and grandmother. They would attribute anything weird or beyond understanding to the supernatural. This story originated from there. The art director, cinematographer and I have spent many months turning this make-believe world of Vikranth Rona into a reality.”
Stars across different language film industries launched the trailer online as well. While Salman Khan launched the Hindi version, Dhanush, Dulquer Salmaan and Ram Charan launched the trailers in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu, respectively. The Kannada trailer was launched by several stars at an on-ground event in Bengaluru.
