Film family wants to have a film institute at Vishnuvardhan’s memorial

Late Kannada legend Vishnuvardhan’s family was given a two-acre plot for his memorial by the state government. The family now plans to have a film institute there to keep his love for films alive. His wife Bharathi Vishnuvardhan has approached Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to request the central government to a branch of the Pune-based government film institute in Bangalore.
