Karthik Mahesh, Suni team up for ‘rags-to-riches’ film

Actor Karthik Mahesh and filmmaker Suni are teaming up for the first time for Richie Rich which is set to go on floors soon. “This film has fun, emotion and family elements which revolves around a middle-class guy who wants to become rich. He faces several hurdles to accomplish his mission which forms the crux of the film,” says director Suni.

Richie Rich marks Karthik Mahesh’s third film. “It’s a dream to work with Suni. His writing has depth, making audiences think from multiple perspectives. We’ve known each other for three years and have wanted to collaborate, and now it’s finally happening.”
“I play Riddesh Chinnaiah, who’s always looking for a quick fortune. It’s a relatable rags-to-riches story, something many aspire to. This character is completely different from my previous roles. As an actor, I strive for versatility, and this one definitely stands out,” he shares.
