Mugur Sundar plays choreographer in Super Star

Veteran choreographer Mugur Sundar will be seen in a special role in the movie Super Star, which has Niranjan Sudhindhra in the lead role. He recently shot for his portions at a studio in Bengaluru. The project is directed by Ramesh Venkatesh Babu.

The team was amazed by the energy of Mugur Sundar, who is 86 now and has returned to acting after many years. Even in the film, he will be seen as a choreographer who trains the protagonist. His role will give a major twist to the plot. A teaser was released to wish Mugur on his birthday and received good response from cinephiles. The veteran choreographer, father of renowned dancer and director Prabhudeva, Raju Sundaram and Nagendra Prasad, was the most sought-after yesteryear choreographer. A major portion of the shoot was canned in Mysuru and Bengaluru.

The film, which marks the debut of Niranjan Sundihra as a hero, also has Achyuth Kumar, Rangayana Raghu, Avinash, Suraj, Sudha Belawadi, Devayani and Avinash in lead roles. Mohan B Kere is the cinematographer and Raghavendra V has composed the music.
