Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who is currently in judicial custody in connection to the Renukaswamy murder case, has landed in yet another legal soup, with a fresh NCR filed against him.

Darshan Thoogudeepa is accused of threatening producer
Bharath. The NCR was reportedly registered at the Kengeri police station on Friday (October 18). Darshan Thoogudeepa’s manager, Nagaraj’s name is also mentioned in the complaint.
On the other hand, Darshan Thoogudeepa, was denied bail. A civil court in Bengaluru rejected the bail pleas of Darshan and
Pavithra Gowda on Monday, October 14. Both of them are accused in the murder of Renukaswamy . The City Civil Court has, however, granted bail to another accused in the case.
Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who is the prime accused in the Renukaswamy murder case, has moved to the Karnataka High Court with a bail plea, after a session court in Bengaluru refused to grant him any relief. The actor’s lawyer has also requested the Karnataka HC for an emergency hearing.
The High Court will likely hear the plea by October 22, according to the reports. Co-accused Pavithra Gowda, who is rumoured to be Darshan’s girlfriend, and other accused too have approached the High Court for relief.

Renukaswamy, 33, who was reportedly a fan of actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, had allegedly sent inappropriate messages to his rumoured girlfriend Pavithra Gowda earlier. Provoked by this Darshan, allegedly abducted Rekukaswamy, and later his body was found in Kamakshipalya, Bengaluru, on June 9. According to reports, the victim was subjected to severe torture, including physical assaults and electric shocks.
