An unexpected U-Turn by Pawan Kumar that shocked his wife!

Director Pawan Kumar is known for his innovative ways, be it the scripts of his films, the casting or even its promotions. Now the U-Turn director has proved that his unique methods are not just limited to his professional commitments, but come in handy on the homefront as well. And the director chose to put his brain to work for his danseuse wife Soumya Jaganmurthy's recent birthday.
Pawan tells us, "For a month now, the two of us have been planning a trip to Bali. And we had decided that we would bring in her birthday there. The departure was planned to co-incide with her big day and we both left for the airport with a lot of excitement. Upon reaching the security gate, I gave her an envelope with tickets and money and told Soumya that this was my surprise gift to her ' she was going to go on a solo trip," smiles Pawan.
Needless to say, this unexpected U-turn by Pawan left Soumya pleasantly shocked. "Im so happy for her. She has been spending quality time indulging in food, spa sessions and wanderings by the beach. She deserves it," sums up the director.
