Puneeth Rajkumar is extremely critical, says doctors

Actor Puneeth Rajkumar’s health condition continues to remain critical. The next few hours are going to be crucial as the actor suffered cardiac arrest today morning that has left his fans and entire Sandalwood fraternity in a state of shock.

Speaking to the media, outside the hospital, doctor P Ranganath Nayak says, “At around 11am, Puneeth Rajkumar developed chest pain. He first visited another hospital where he got his ECG test done before getting hospitalized. An expert medical team is closely monitoring his health situation.” Puneeth Rajkumar’s brothers Raghavendra Rajkumar and Shivarajkumar are constantly in touch with doctors.

Fans who have mobbed outside the hospital are in tears and hoping for the recovery of their favourite star. Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has visited the hospital. Sandalwood actor Ravichandran, Darshan, Shruthi, Vijay Raghavendra and Police commissioner Kamal Pant have camped in the hospital premises.

Puneeth Rajkuamr started his career as a child artist before he made his debut as a hero with the movie Appu. He won the national award for his performance in the movie Bettada Hoovu.
