Ganesh's Auto Raja has hit the screens today and people who have watched the film are already raving about it. The film has taken inspiration from late actor Shankar Nag's film with the same title. However, the story line is completely different from the original. The film has Ganesh playing the role of an educated auto driver. Bhamaa plays his love interest in the film, while Deepika Kamaiah plays the role of a corporate person.
While we wrote about
Auto Raja having a lucky charm in the film, a pet in the movie, director Udayprakash reveals that he has another luck factor in the film. "RJs have worked well in Kannada films like
Milana, Simplag Ond Love Story
and
Mussanje Mathu
. I have used a radio jockey in this film. The RJ plays an important role in Ganesh's life and I hope it add the luck factor for my film too," he says.
The other luck factor is of course the cat which is with Ganesh throughout the film. The director added that how a rabbit played an important role in Mungaru Male, the cat, which is perceived to be bad luck, plays an important role in his film.
