Ravichandran's Ravi Boppanna is the remake of Joseph

The Malayalam thriller Joseph, which had Joju George in the role of a retired policeman with an eye for detail, was a sleeper hit in the year gone by and had also fetched the actor a state award for Best Character Actor. Now, Crazy Star Ravichandran is ready with his Kannada version, Ravi Bopanna, in which he takes on the role played by Joju in the original. The film, seen from the perspective of the protagonists and his ex-cop pals, follows their investigation of an organ-trafficking racket and how eventually manages to bust it.
