Kannada crime thriller Ugramm has given a new lease of life to
Sandalwood star Sri Murali. The actor is the latest favourite among filmmakers. If reports are to be believed producers are making a queue in front of his house to sign him. But the actor seems to have become choosy after the massive success of his last release. The actor has apparently rejected 67 scripts till now.
“I want to be part of a film that is better than Ugramm. Ugramm was a trendsetter in the Kannada industry, and after that, I should be more responsible while choosing scripts,” he said. The actor added that he was ready to work on a film after making few corrections.
“But sadly, a lot of the offers that I get have an overdose of something in the subject. The projects are way above my age and career graph. And then there are subjects that are similar to the ones I have already worked in. I am looking for characterisations with strong values and the people who watch the film should feel that I was sensible to have taken it up,” he added.
