Kannada actor Srii Murali is gearing up for the release of the upcoming action thriller 'Bagheera' where the star has had an impressive physical transformation bulking up muscles for his role as a vigilante cop. Recently during an interview, he recalled his mass gaining memories.
During an interview with Galatta Telugu, the actor shared his commitment to fitness, revealing that he worked out for four hours a day over the past three years to achieve the desired physique. He describes this experience as both daring and challenging.
His dedication required significant sacrifices, including giving up his favourite foods, particularly biryani. He said, "I love to eat; I love it a lot. Rice, sambar, ghee, butter and chicken on the side. But for three years, there was nothing."
Despite the challenges of this transition, he also shared that the mental strength he gained through this rigorous preparation, is essential for portraying a complex character.
He further said, "Now I am eating what I want and working out lightly."
About his upcoming film, 'Bagheera', is directed by Dr. Suri and written by 'KGF' and 'Salaar' fame

The film is expected to be an intense action and drama film as it follows
Murali's character playing a vigilante in a lawless society. Alongside him are
Rukmini Vasanth and other notable actors in supporting roles.
