Sudeep reaches yet another landmark, completes nine years as the industry's 'Abhinaya Chakravarthy'

Sudeep has been an instrumental figure in Kannada Cinema for over 25 years during which he has gained many accolades and fame from all corners of the world. He is also one of the fewest male actors from the south who has managed to successfully penetrate other film industries and also create a prominent niche for himself there. Among with several landmark achievements that Sudeep made to his name over the years, the title of 'Abhinaya Chakravarthy' can be deemed the most special for it brought along tremendous respect not just from the fans but mainly within the industry.

And yesterday, the 29th of June, marked the 9th year anniversary of the special honor that the 'Vikrant Rona' actor received at the hands of the Kannada Rakshana Vedike. Sudeep was crowned 'Abhinaya Chakravarthy' amidst fellow actors such as Ambareesh and other dignitaries on June 29th of 2012, post which he rose to further heights and established himself as one of the most iconic Kannada actors of all time.

Having begun his career in 1996 with 'Thayavva', Sudeep saw a long period of lull initially and was unable to secure a box office hit until 'Huchcha' came along in 2001. His role of 'Sachindananda Kiccha' in the film garnered tremendous appreciation from everywhere and thus began a grand journey that encountered many more accolades and commercial successes along the way. As far as his upcoming projects are concerned, Sudeep will soon be seen in Anup Bhandari's mega fantasy adventure 'Vikrant Rona' and also Shiva Karthik's 'Kotigobba 3'.
