The death of 33-year-old Telugu actor Udya Kiran, who allegedly committed suicide at his residence in Hyderabad on Sunday, sent shock waves across

Sudeep took to a micro-blogging site to express his shock over the news of Udya’s demise.
“Uday Kiran's news is a shocker. I was unable to react when I got th news. I spoke to him when he was here in Bangalore less than a week back..
RIP my friend,” wrote Sudeep.
The 33-year-old actor's parents and his wife found his body hanging from the ceiling at his flat in Sri Nagar colony, police said.
He was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.
Kiran Uday, who was born on January 26, 1980, made his cinematic debut with Telugu romantic-drama Chitram in 2000. His first three films - Chitram, Nuvvu Nenu and Manasantha Nuvve were box office hits, which earned him the title, 'hat-trick hero'.
