Uppi-2 will not release on Upendra’s birthday

The much hyped Uppi-2 will not hit screens on September 28. The project is likely to get delayed as Upendra is scouting for locations in the state and he is yet to finalize the start cast of the movie.
Upendra said, “The shoot of the movie will start from June. Uppi-2 is likely to be shot extensively in coastal belt and foreign countries.” Denying rumours that he will be paired up with Vidya Balan in the movie, he says, “I have not approached Vidya Balan for the movie.” Gurukiran is likely to compose tunes and Ashok Kashyap will be the cinematographer of Uppi-2.
Meanwhile, Upendra was last seen in the movie Brahma, and has recently completed shooting for the movie Superro Ranga, remake of telugu movie Kick.
