Vijay in court; Parul gets the day off

Parul Yadav, who is currently in Bangalore for a shoot schedule of her upcoming film Shivajinagara, opposite Duniya Vijay, got an unexpected day off, as her co-star had to make a court appearance in his impending divorce proceedings. According to a source from the set, Parul had been flown down for three days to return to Mumbai then, and come back in July for a 20-day schedule.“She made the most of the sudden holiday and met up with friends,” says the source. Shivajinagara is a Ramu Production, directed by PN Sathya.
As for Duniya Vijay, he had filed for divorce six months ago, citing that his wife of 14 years Nagarathna was ill-treating his mother, among other irreconcilable differences. Interestingly, in the time since filing for divorce, the actor has already changed lawyers several times and is currently believed to be utilizing the services of ace criminal lawyer Shankarappa.
