Actor Vijay Raghavendra, who is also known for his voice, has so far only sung for himself in films. But now, the actor has lent his voice in another actor's film's soundtrack for the first time. He recorded a song on Friday for Akira, which stars Anish Tejeshwar. 'This is the first time that I have sung a song in another hero's film. I'm really happy and thankful to the director (G Naveen Reddy) and composer (B Ajaneesh Loknath) for giving me the opportunity to sing this song.
This song is full of pathos and will be played during the film's climax,' says Vijay.
Coincidentally,
Sandalwood star and Vijay's cousin Puneeth Rajkumar has also rendered a song for Akira. The film's audio is slated to release shortly.
