Voice-over artist Yashwanth Bijoor to make his debut as a director

Popular voice-over artiste and actor Yashwanth Bijoor is turning director with the movie Raja, Raani Mathu Joker. The actor will be seen in the movie as one of the leads.
Yashwanth says, “Direction has been my dream for many years. I was supposed to direct a movie called Thaarlegaalu Saar Thaarlegaalu, but the project did not materialise. I have now decided to helm a new project, which is a murder mystery subject, but laced with a lot of comedy.The story revolves around two friends and a certain incident that befalls them, which adds a twist to the tale. The shoot will happen extensively in Bengaluru.”
Yashwanth who has given voice to mythological characters in popular serials like Mahabaratha and Radha Krishna has also dubbed for South Indian actors like Vijay and Ravi Teja in his career spanning over 1,500 films so far an d that is something he will continue doing. “Being a dubbing artiste helps me understand the depth of each character, which, I believe, has aided me in writing each character in my film with more depth,” he adds.
