Will Nathicharami lose it's five National Awards?

is back in the news. Filmmaker Dayal Padmadabhan had challenged the awards to the film on the grounds that BS Lingadevaru, one of the jury members was allegedly involved in the making of the film.
The matter reached the High Court, which directed the Directorate of Film Festivals, which conducts the awards selection process, to take action as per its rules. Dayal, who then sought for arbitration which DFF said was one of the options. If there is concern over the awards, the DFF provides for raising an objection through arbitration.
Padmadabhan's allegation is that "BS Lingadevaru, who is the jury of the National Film Awards 2018, is directly associated with the feature film as he is the director of the company called AKKA Communication as per the credit given in the title of the film - Editing Studio - AKKA Communication (sic)"
It has now been revealed that the Bengaluru City Court has passed a temporary injunction order to the National Film Awards authority not to present the five awards to the Kannada feature film Nathicharami.
While the matter is still being considered by the authorities, Dayal says, "My legal battele continues."
Nathicharami won the following awards at the 66th National Film Awards:
Best Female Playback Singer (Bindu Malini for the song Mayaavi Manave)
Best Lyricist (Manjunath S for Mayaavi Manave)
Best Editing (Nagendra K Ujjani)
Best Kannada Film for the year
Special Mention Jury Award (Sruthi Hariharan)
