Life is more about small details than bigger definitions. Love, anticipation, desperation and dreams make life a well-garnished experience, and these smaller notes are what makes life worth living.
Simhachalam Sampige, a compilation of small stories in Vasudhendra's Mithuna, based on the Telugu original by Sriramana, is one such garnished experience and gives a sense of life fulfilled with smaller elements without much pomp and glory of intellectual reasoning.
The play tries to bring on stage the elements that make life beautiful and simplistic, content. Childhood lurings, teenage attractions, old-age love and the memories these experiences leave behind is what makes life.
The play will be staged at Seva Sadan on February 16. The star cast includes Vijay V Kulkarni, Vivek, Gowri, Sowmya Gangatkar, Abhilash, Anirudh, Chandu, Marutesh, Vadhiraja Bhoja, Hemanth Bhardwaj, Sujay CT, Sumith and Vivek Vasista.
