Mollywood filmmaker Aashiq Abu turns shutterbug for his wife actress Rima Kallingal. The filmmaker tried his hands-on photography for his wife and the results are awesome. Rima Kallingal was seen decked up in a cami top and pleated long skirt and she looks impressive in the clicks. Well as Aashiq Abu is planning to become a cinematographer with the upcoming movie ‘Haagar’, these pictures mean a lot for his fans.

Meanwhile, the 'Virus' filmmaker has announced two movies, one for which he is bankrolling and other which he will be helming. ‘Haagar’ is an upcoming movie bankrolled by Aashiq Abu’s home banner OPM cinemas and the filmmaker will also wield the camera for ‘Haagar’. While, his upcoming directorial is ‘Vaariyamkunnan’, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, which will go on the floors by next year.
Aashiq Abu is one of the talented young filmmakers present in the Malayalam cinema. Making his debut directing Mammootty for ‘Daddy Cool’, he went on to become one of the popular filmmakers in M-Town. Aashiq Abu became popular among the audience with his second directorial ‘Salt ‘N’ Pepper’. His third directorial venture, ‘22 Female Kottayam’ was a breakthrough in his career. The movie was critically acclaimed and was remade in other languages.
On the work front, Aashiq Abu’s last outing was ‘Virus’, a medical thriller. Reprising the gloomy days of the Nipah virus outbreak, that happened in Kerala in 2018, the movie earned pan-India attention.
