Adrishya Jalakangal: Tovino Thomas, Nimisha Sajayan, and Indrans to headline Dr. Biju’s film

A talented bunch of actors including Tovino Thomas, Nimisha Sajayan, and Indrans are joining hands with acclaimed filmmaker Dr. Biju. Titled ‘Adrishya Jalakangal’, the film will feature Tovino Thomas, Nimisha Sajayan, and Indrans in the lead roles. The makers have launched the first look poster along with the announcement of the film. According to the reports, the film is mounted on a massive budget, and is touted to be an anti-war film.

Helmed by Dr. Biju, ‘Adrishya Jalakangal’ is backed by some of the leading film banners from the South along with Tovino’s home production banner.
“First time teaming up with Tovino Thomas and Nimisha Sajayan along with Indrans, and many more actors…” Dr. Biju said, while announcing the project.
On the technical front, ‘Adrishya Jalakangal’ has Yedhu Radhakrishnan as the cinematographer. Davis Manuel is both the editor and associate director of the film. Dileep Daz is in charge of the production design. The sound mixing is done by Pramod Thomas and the sound design is done by Pramod Thomas, Ajayan Adat, and, Subramanyam K Vaidyalingam. Aravind KR is in charge of the costumes, while Pattanam Sha has roped in as the makeup man.

Best known for films ‘Saira’, ‘Veettilekkulla Vazhi’, ‘Akasathinte Niram’, ‘Perariyathavar’, ‘Valiya Chirakulla Pakshikal’, and ‘Veyilmarangal’ among others, Dr. Biju is a recipient of three National Film Awards. His films have been screened at various prestigious film festivals including the Cannes International Film Festival in 2007.
