Ahaana Krishna is the daughter of actor Krishna Kumar, who is known to Malayalis for his hit serial, Sthree. She made her entry into Mollywood with the much acclaimed director Rajeev Ravi’s Malayalam movie Njan Steve Lopez. She got quite a few film offers later but chose to complete her studies. Afterwards she went on to act in Nivin Pauly starrer Njandukalude Naattil Oridavela as Shanti Krishna’s daughter, where she presented a reasonably good performance.Her music album Kari showcased the spunky side of the actress, on an action mode, while a video she and her sisters made of them dancing to ‘Shape of You’ got her fans grooving.
Ahaana has now signed upcoming Malayalam movie, Luca, starring Tovino Thomas in the lead role. Her song covers have also been much appreciated, and recently she and friends had created a song video, for which she sung, titled Whispers and Whistles. It became such a hit that none other than Anushka Shetty praised her singing skills. Above all, Ahaana is an internet celebrity as well, with the pictures she shares on Instagram getting likes to the tune of 40,000.
